Here’s a little bit about me…

I am an impressionistic palette knife painter living in Rothesay, New Brunswick. My paintings reflect my deep love for the Maritime coastal regions. I draw inspiration from the rugged shorelines and paint mostly from memory and the feeling of a particular place I have visited.

My travels with family, to their birthplaces in the Highlands of Scotland and the Southern Shores of Nova Scotia, have also shaped the scenes that I love depicting.

Having a heart for my community, my work has been featured in numerous auctions to support local charities such as Out-Flow Ministries, Romero House, Blooming Artists and We Believe.

You will find me painting in my home studio overlooking the lake as well as in a rented space with a group of other artists. My primary medium is oil, but I also enjoy watercolour and acrylic.

I love the energy original art brings to a home. I hope my paintings take you away to a place in your memory, untangling your mind, and bringing you peace and a feeling of deep belonging in a very busy world!
